The Energy Room was born in Porto, a private training studio, in the Hipercentro.

In this training space you can find several modalities. Pilates of Appliances and Mat and Resistance Training (with personalized and individualized sessions -Personal Training) and training with small groups - Dance, Yoga, Circuit Training and Pilates.

Custom workouts are by appointment and group classes have a fixed Schedule.
