Fresh2go Basket Giveaway

Regulation
 
1. The present giveaway intends to offer a basket of fresh products from fresh2go, composed of a wide variety of products, worth € 50 euros;
 
2. Only individuals with 18 years of age or older can participate in this competition;
 
3. To be eligible to win the giveaway, the participant needs to be a follower and like the Hipercentro - Parque Empresarial Facebook Page (http://facebook.com/hipercentroporto) and fresh2go Facebook Page (https: //www.facebook .com / fresh2go.pt), in addition to tagging a friend in the comment section of the publication launching the giveaway, present on the Facebook page of Hipercentro - Parque Empresarial;
 
4. There is no limit on the number of comments tagging friends, however, there will only be one prize and one winner;
 
5. The competition starts on September 23, 2020 and ends on October 1, 2020;
 
6. The winner of the competition will be selected through a random draw;
 
7. The winner of the competition will be announced on Hipercentro - Parque Empresarial Facebook page, at which time the winner will be asked to send contact details in order for the prize to be delivered;
 
8. The participant authorizes the processing of his personal data, in accordance with the legislation applicable to the protection of privacy and personal data, for the purpose for which they are intended. Participants are guaranteed the right to access, rectify or delete their personal data, under the terms provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation, upon request addressed to Hipercentro - Parque Empresarial;
 
9. When participating, the winner authorizes Hipercentro - Parque Empresarial and fresh2go to use their image for the purpose of promoting the competition on Facebook pages;
 
10. Hipercentro - Parque Empresarial and fresh2go reserve the right to change the regulations whenever they deem necessary;
 
11. Hipercentro - Parque Empresarial and fresh2go reserves the right to decide on cases not foreseen in these Regulations. Participation in this giveaway implies the participants' knowledge and unreserved agreement in its entirety.
